Eva Thokoly's wedding dress, from 1620 (Magyar Nemzeti Muzeum - Budapest Hungary)

It may be that there were two Eva Thokolys, but the skirt is consistent with the late 1600s.

Photo - Dabasi Andras.

From divasanddiamonds.wordpress.com/2012/09/28/hungarian-wedding.

Eva's dress has an embroidered or otherwise decorated vest laced over a chemise. The embroidery matches the extensive embroidery of the skirt. The chemise provides puffed virago sleeves.
