Anna Margareta von Haugwitz by Anselm van Hulle (location unknown to gogm)

Anna Margareta von Haugwitz (1622-1673) was a German noblewoman. She married the Swedish count Carl Gustav Wrangel at the age of 18 after a month-long engagement. Her English-language Wikipedia article, with links to Swedish- and German-language Wikipedia articles, is here.

The spiral-patterned column à la Bernini add an interesting note to this portrait.

Anna Margareta's dress seems to show Spanish influence up in the north, or is it strict Protestant influence, with its somber black color and the broad bertha. A colorful, maybe brocade, under-skirt and waistline bows add color to her otherwise somber dress. Enlargement shows the bertha has three sections and the cuffs two. Both bertha and, especially, cuffs appear to be starched.
