The Art Renewal Center dates this portrait to 1895, but the sleeves have a light upturn while sleeves that year were full leg-o-mutton sleeves. Her sleeves are complex, a style that followed the leg-o-mutton era while her dress has a shallow vee waistline suggesting the first half of the decade of the 1900s.
